(The health authority <br />is commonly referred to as the health services director.) <br />Idaho Security Medical Program (ISMP): A statutorily-constituted program maintained by <br />the Idaho Board of Correction for persons displaying evidence of mental illness or <br />psychological disorders, requiring diagnosis and treatment in a maximum security setting, <br />and for other criminal commitments.
