License Requirements <br />IDOC food service operations and work camps must meet annual license and inspection <br />requirements for food establishments as described in Idaho Statute, Title 39-1604, and the <br />Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Idaho Food Code (see Idaho Administrative <br />Procedure Act [IDAPA] 16.02.19).
