PROCEDURE <br /> <br />Victims of sexual assault shall be transported to the nearest IDOC medical facility (facility <br />infirmary, community hospital ER, etc.) where appropriate facilities and trained medical staff <br />can institute immediate treatment and gathering of evidence. <br />
